Bonus Room over existing garage. We added a third bay and a large workshop to the garage, this allowed for a huge "Bonus room" and a much improved facelift.

This second story addition takes advantage of the horizontal lines of the exisiting house and provides the client with the needed "Bonus room" and bedrooms.

The traditional look of this project was maintained even though we added over 1500 square feet.
